Participation in Simba Labs includes 50% off our normal tiered subscription pricing, and your tier depends on the size of your organization & your volume. We’re able to adjust pricing based on variables like these to meet your organization’s needs.

Participating in Simba Labs gives you a chance to implement tech-forward strategies for data collection & evaluation in your organization at a reduced price, in exchange for giving us your feedback on our product and services. You’ll also have access to community aspects of our program, like roundtables, best practices sessions, and R&D projects with other Simba Labs organizations.

Simba Labs requires a one-year commitment to integrating and implementing Simba as a data collection tool within your organization. We require this time to allow for the collection of longitudinal data, where Simba’s mobile data collection really shines.

Setup of your initial data collection projects takes a few hours over the course of the first 4-6 weeks so that we can sit down together, map out your needs, and roll out your first projects. Once we develop a strategy that’s right for your organization, deploying additional projects becomes easier and we set up a monthly check-in call. You can optionally attend other roundtables and activities related to our Simba Labs program.
